Sort Dialog
Used to change the order in which documents are listed in the document list. Opens when you select View > Sort.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Sort by | Sets the column in the Documents window to sort documents by. You can select to sort by any of the columns that display in your Documents window. The available columns to sort by are determined by the active view. |
| Ascending | With a Sort by option selected, lists documents in ascending order — alphabetical (a to z) or by date (newest first), whichever applies to the selected column. |
| Descending | With a Sort by option selected, lists documents in descending order — reverse-alphabetical (z to a), or by date (oldest first), whichever applies to the section. |
